1 As soon as God gives you a goal or vision, what should you do with it? Habakkuk 2:2
Note: Only 3% of adults have written goals, and everyone else works for them. The other 97% said they were going to write them down someday. Do you want to be the 97%?

2 What do the prophets do with the vision God reveals to them? Isaiah 30:8

3 As soon as you set your intention to reach any goal, what’s the first step Jesus said to do? Luke 14:28
Note: First we need to sit down to plan out our goal. Most people believe they are too busy to listen to this counsel of Jesus by taking the time to sit down so they can write out their goals. According to this verse, When is the best time to build a house? When you’ve finished it.

4 What are the 2 common mistakes people make which prevents them from accomplishing their goals? Luke 10:38-42
Note: Some are like Martha, too busy to sit down long enough and write their goals to allow God to answer their prayers. The opposite extreme is true also. Others are like Mary who want to sit down so long in prayer and idle daydreaming of doing some great work expecting God to do everything for them without any effort on their part. We should have a harmony of both attributes.

5 When God sets a goal, does He keep it a secret to Himself? Amos 3:7
Note: Walk with the wise – Surround yourself with those with the same goal. That way you have a group of people there to encourage not only you, but each other. And thereby, aiding in the accomplishment of your goals.

6 Should we wait until we accomplish our goals before we declare them to others? Isaiah 46:9-10
Note: When we keep the goals we want to accomplish to ourselves, we can often miss opportunities that will help us reach them, but with the help of those who have the results we want, or those that are trying to reach the same goal.

7 If we want to obtain all that we can from completing our goals, what attribute must we have toward them? Proverbs 21:5
Note: If you want to set a goal, and complete it, there must be action. Otherwise, it remains just a dream.

8 What results from writing down your biblical goals? Proverbs 16:3
Note: When you set goals for your life according to the Bible, the Lord will help you accomplish that goal. Remember, If you commit your ways to the Lord, He will give the desires of your heart.

9 When you step out of your comfort zone, write and set goals, who else are you helping become intentional in their life? Hebrews 12:12-13
Note: When others see the goals you set and accomplish, you help others to step out of their comfort zones and do the same, thereby helping them gain victories while winning your own.

10 Even though setting goals, as a skill, might be difficult at first, can we have the assurity that we will not go through them alone? Isaiah 40:30-3
